New Delhi: With the increase in winter, the level of pollution has also started increasing in the states of North India. In most areas of Delhi-NCR, the smog was very high on Thursday morning, due to which people had to face trouble while driving on the roads. Apart from this, the AQI level in most areas of Delhi has been recorded higher than yesterday.

Similarly, the AQI level has increased in many areas of Uttar Pradesh, although in the districts of Bihar, it has shown a slight decrease as compared to yesterday. The AQI in the areas of UP and Delhi has been recorded from very poor to severe.

Air Quality in Delhi:

According to the latest data of the Central Pollution Control Board, the AQI level of 453 has been recorded in Anand Vihar area of ​​Delhi at 8 am today. Similarly, AQI at 449 in Jahangirpuri, 405 in Bawana, CRRI Mathura Road also remained at critical level, where AQI level was recorded at 371. Apart from this, 426 in Chandni Chowk, 388 in IGI Airport, 360 in Ibhas Dilshad Garden, 406 in ITO, 402 in Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium have been recorded.

The air pollution level remained very high in most areas of Uttar Pradesh too. The AQI level has been recorded from 416 to 441 in different areas of Agra. In Bulandshahr 428, Baghpat 446, Ghaziabad 440-480, Firozabad 407, Hapur 427, Lucknow 174-360, Kanpur 275-324, Greater Noida 381-418, Meerut 283-350, Vrindavan 436 , Noida has recorded AQI level of 406-434.

Similarly, in Ambala, Haryana, adjoining Delhi, the level of AQI has been recorded in the poor category, where the AQI stood at 290. Bahadurgarh 362, Bhiwani 365, Charkhi Dadri 384, Ballabgarh 409, Faridabad 374-423, Gurugram 332-375, Panipat 387, Jind 369.
