PM Narendra Modi roars outside India only, says Rahul Gandhi

Amethi: Lashing out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi on Thursday said he only roared outside the country and kept mum whenever rates of household items rose high.

“It has happened for the first time in the Indian history that rates of Dals touched skies as they were sold in Rs. 200 a kilo in the markets,” said Rahul Gandhi while addressing a gathering here.

Rahul also accused Modi of delete of Amethi food park proposal.

Rahul Gandhi is on three-day tour of Amethi:

• He inaugurated Prime Minister Rural Road Scheme and laid foundation of roads sanctioned under the MP fund.
• On Friday, he will meet senior Congress leaders
• He will also attend District Vigilance Monitoring Committee meeting the same day.
