New Delhi: PM Modi addressed all the MPs in a program organized in the Central Hall of Parliament on the occasion of Constitution Day. Speaking in this program, Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Modi) said that today is the day to pay homage to long-sighted great personalities like Babasaheb Ambedkar, Dr. Rajendra Prasad. Today is the day to salute this house.

PM Modi on Constitution Day:

PM Modi said today 26/11 is such a sad day for us, when the enemies of the country came inside the country and carried out the terrorist incident in Mumbai, many brave soldiers of India dedicated themselves while fighting the terrorists. I also respectfully bow to all those sacrificers today on 26/11.

PM Modi said that our constitution is not just a collection of many streams, our constitution is a great tradition of thousands of years, the monolithic stream is the modern expression of that section. This Constitution Day should also be celebrated because the way we have, should be celebrated to evaluate whether it is right or not.

Constitution binds our diverse country: PM Modi

PM Modi also said that it would have been good that Constitution Day should have been celebrated every time on 26 November only after independence, so that it could be known how the Constitution was made. Our constitution binds our diverse country. After many obstacles, it was drafted and united the princely states of the country.

It was the 125th birth anniversary of Babasaheb Ambedkar, we all felt that what could be a more sacred occasion than that which Babasaheb Ambedkar has given to this country, we should always remember it in the form of a memorial book. PM Modi said that when I was speaking on this subject in the House in 2015, while announcing this work on the occasion of Babasaheb Ambedkar's birth anniversary, there is no protest even today. Brought it from, why are you doing it, what was the need. The country is no longer ready to listen to Babasaheb's protest.
