Pakistan mutilates BSF jawan, should India boycott Asia Cup match?

New Delhi: Our hostile neighbour Pakistan has once more started cross-border terrorism by ghastly murdering Border Security Force (BSF).

The body of a BSF jawan was recovered from India-Pakistan border in Jammu on Tuesday.

According to a report, the jawan was ambushed and was shot by a sniper. What makes the act more barbaric is that they attempted to behead him as his throat was slit. Also they inflicted many wounds on his body by using knife they also confiscated his weapons.

“The body of the jawan was found by a search party. It is suspected that he was shot with a precise aim by the Pakistani side when they were clearing the area near the fence,” a senior official told the media.

This dastardly act ahead of the much awaited India-Pakistan cricket match in ongoing Asia Cup, has made the Indian citizens question if India should play with Pakistan after such an ghastly act on its part.

It is said that the Pakistan Prime Minister and former cricketer Imran Khan is expected to attend the match which is scheduled on Wednesday.

Three days ago, one soldier was injured in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district in Jammu region after Pakistan Army opened fire on India forward positions along the Line of Control. Pakistan Army's heavy cross-border firing was retaliated by the valiant Indian Army.
