No relief in Delhi NCR; IMD issues Rain and Snowfall Alert in North India

New Delhi: The intermittent rain in Delhi-NCR has changed the mood of the day. Suddenly, along with the rain, cold winds started running in Delhi. At the same time, the weather has also changed in Bihar, UP, Haryana. Due to the Western Disturbance in the early days of February, there is a change in the weather.

Heavy Rain and Snowfall:

On the other hand, there is continuous snowfall in the hilly areas. In Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir, tourists are constantly enjoying the snowfall. Even today, the Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert in many areas of the country.

Rain for 2-3 days in Delhi:

Delhiites will not get relief from the rain yet. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather here can be normal for the next 2 to 3 days. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that due to fresh western disturbances in Delhi, there are now easterly winds. Due to western disturbances, light rain may occur even today. Thunderstorms can also occur during this unseasonal rain. The Meteorological Department has predicted a minimum temperature of 11 degrees Celsius.

Jharkhand Rain-thunderstorm alert

In Jharkhand, two days from today, an alert has been issued for rain and thunder. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for Palamu, Garhwa, Chatra, Koderma, Latehar and Lohardaga today. The meteorological department issued a yellow alert for the capital Ranchi Bokaro Gumla Hazaribagh Khunti Ramgarh East Singhbhum West Singhbhum.
