Narada Scam Case: Four TMC leaders under arrest, Mamata Banerjee in CBI office

New Delhi: The case of Narada Scam in West Bengal is once again hot. The CBI team probing the scam here on Monday arrested cabinet ministers Firhad Hakim, Subrata Mukherjee, MLA Madan Mitra and former Mayor Shobhan Chatterjee in Mamata Banerjee's government.

Mamata Banerjee in CBI office:

CBI teams raided his house and other locations on Monday morning and then took him to the office for questioning. On receiving this news, TMC supremo Mamta Banerjee also reached the CBI office behind-the-scenes, she is present inside.

4 TMC leaders under arrest:

Earlier, the state minister and TMC elder leader Firhad Hakim alleged that the CBI has arrested him without giving any reason. However, the CBI then said that it has not arrested anyone. However, after questioning, the CBI said that all these have been arrested.

CBI reached Firhad Hakim's house:

The CBI team reached the house of Minister Firhad Hakim in the morning. The team searched his house. After this, he took the office with him for questioning. At the same time, the CBI recently sought permission from the Governor of West Bengal Jagdeep Dhankhar in connection with the investigation of the Narada scam.

Narada Scam case:

This permission was sought by the CBI to run the case against Firhad Hakim, Subrata Mukherjee, Madan Mitra and Shobhan Chatterjee. After the election, the CBI was given this permission by the Governor.

In these tapes, people who looked like TMC ministers, MPs and MLAs were allegedly shown taking money from the people of the fake company. It was told that these tapes belong to 2014.
