Monsoon 2021: Heavy Rain in Delhi-NCR, High alert in these states

The weather has changed once again due to the rain this morning in the national capital Delhi. Waterlogging is also visible on roads.

New Delhi: It has been raining in many states for the last 24 hours. The weather has changed once again due to the rain this morning in the national capital Delhi. Waterlogging is being seen on the roads due to rain in many areas of the capital.

Being a Sunday, there is less chance of traffic jam. On the other hand, in many states including Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, the Meteorological Department has predicted rain today i.e. on August 01.

Heavy Rain in Delhi, Haryana:

At the same time, the Meteorological Department has issued a red alert of heavy rain in many districts of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan today i.e. on Sunday. With the advance of Monsoon over the eastern part of the country, a Low Pressure Area is persisting over West Bengal.

It is likely to move westwards towards Jharkhand and Bihar. Due to this, there will be heavy rain in these states on Sunday.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rains in the next four days in some parts of North and Central India. A low pressure area is also forming over East Uttar Pradesh and there will be heavy rains in the next three days.

Monsoon 2021:

Between August 1 and 2, very heavy rain with isolated rain may occur over West Uttar Pradesh. The IMD said that there will be heavy rains in Jammu and Kashmir on August 1, Punjab on August 1, Himachal Pradesh till August 2 and Uttarakhand and Haryana till August 4. Let us know in which parts of the country there is a possibility of heavy rain today.

It has been raining heavily in many parts of the country since this morning. Nearby areas of Delhi, NCR (Bahadurgarh, Gurugram, Manesar, Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, Loni Dehat, Hindon AF Station, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Chhapraula, Noida, Dadri) are witnessing heavy rain and thundershower activities.
