New Delhi: India has created history today by crossing the 100 crore mark of corona vaccination. On this occasion, preparations are being made to celebrate in many places. Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will release singer Kailash Kher's song and audio-visual film from Red Fort on the occasion of giving 100 crore doses in the country.

100 crore corona vaccine:

The largest Khadi tricolor in the country will be hoisted at the Red Fort after the completion of 100 crore vaccine doses. The length of this tricolor is 225 feet and width is 150 feet and its weight is about 1,400 kg. The official said that the same tricolor was hoisted in Leh on October 2 on Gandhi Jayanti.

Second country after China:

Given the challenges of large-scale vaccine production and distribution in the era of the unknown and unpredictable pandemic of coronavirus - the government's delivery of one billion vaccine doses is considered a major achievement. So far, China is the only country where more than 100 crore vaccine doses have been given. There in June the mark of 1 billion doses was crossed.

China is also a country with a population of over one billion. Over 2.5 crore doses were administered in a day across the country on the 71st birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi last month; This was the fourth time that more than one crore doses were given in a day.
