Markets open on a positive note on Wednesday | Sensex up 0.25%

The 30-scrip Sensitive Index of the BSE after opening at 32,641.58 points, touched a high of 32,666.83 points and a low of 32,637.81 points. It could be recalled that on Tuesday last the Sensex closed at 32,575.17 points

Asian markets rise after Fed stimulus boosts Wall St

Mumbai: The Sensex opened on a positive note during the morning session of the trade on Wednesday.

The 30-scrip Sensitive Index of the BSE after opening at 32,641.58 points, touched a high of 32,666.83 points and a low of 32,637.81 points.

It could be recalled that on Tuesday last the Sensex closed at 32,575.17 points.

The Sensex is trading at 32,657.41 points up by 82.24 points or 0.25 per cent.

On the other hand, the broader 51-scrip Nifty at National Stock Exchange (NSE) opened at 10,136.30 points after closing at 10,114.65 points.

The Nifty is trading at 10,128.45 points in the morning.
