The Maratha Reservation Movement in Maharashtra has now taken a violent form. In support of the movement, people are attacking the ruling party and opposition leaders. On Monday, a mob of agitators set fire to the house of Ajit Pawar faction MLA Prakash Solanke in Beed district.

After this the crowd directly reached Majalgaon Municipal Council. The same mob set fire to the city council. At present there is a massive fire in the building. Smoke is also visible in the area. Apart from this, the office of BJP MLA Prashant Bamba has been vandalized in Gangapur. Reservation agitators set fire to the NCP office in Beed city on Monday evening. The mob that set fire to Solanke's house went straight to Majalgaon Municipal Council. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police also reached the spot. Therefore, an atmosphere of tension is being seen in Majalgaon city at present.

In Gangapur City, Maratha protesters have vandalized the contact office of BJP MLA from Gangapur Khultabad assembly constituency, Prashant Bamba. Meanwhile, the state government has also become alert due to the aggressiveness of Maratha agitators in the state. Police security has been increased at the residences of Food and Civil Supplies Minister Chhagan Bhujbal in Mumbai and Nashik.

Maratha agitators pelted stones at the house of MLA Prakash Solanke. Apart from this, the protesters also burnt cars outside Solanke's house. Fortunately, MLA Solanki and his family members are said to be safe. After a phone conversation between the Maratha protesters and Solanke, the protesters headed towards Solanke's house. After this the protesters set fire to Solanke's house. Not even an hour or two passed after this incident when the agitators set fire to the office of Majalgaon Municipal Council.
