New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation today as part of the 83rd edition of his monthly radio program 'Mann Ki Baat'. During this, PM Modi said, 'The country is going to celebrate Navy Day and Armed Forces Flag Day in December. Apart from this, December 16 is also a commemorative jubilee year of the 1971 war.

Mann ki Baat:

PM Modi said, 'Like always, this time also I have got a lot of suggestions from all of you on NaMo App and on MyGov. Considering me as a part of your family, you have also shared the joys and sorrows of your life with me. Many youths and students are also included in the suggestions. I really like that this family of ours of 'Mann Ki Baat' is growing continuously, connecting with mind and also connecting with purpose and our deepening relationship creates an influx of constant positivity within us.'

PM Modi address:

Regarding the Amrit Festival of Independence, PM Modi said, 'Amrit Mahotsav along with learning inspires us to do something for the country. Whether it is common people or governments across the country, from Panchayat to Parliament, there is an echo of Amrit Mahotsav and programs related to this festival are going on continuously.

The Prime Minister said, 'In view of the contribution of its tribal community in independence, the country has also celebrated Tribal Pride Week. Programs related to this were also held in different parts of the country. In the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, the people of such tribal communities as Jarawa and Onge, gave a live display of their culture.

The PM further said, 'In the recent program 'Azadi Ki Kahani - Children's Speech' in Delhi, children presented stories related to the freedom struggle. The special thing is that along with India students from Nepal, Mauritius, Tanzania, New Zealand and Fiji also participated.

Our sages have also said that "Yeh asa dhari chit mein, ye asa dhari chit mein, kahat jatha mati mor. Vrindavan Sukh Rang Kau, Vrindavan Sukh Rang Kau, Kahu Na Payau and".

The PM further said, 'We all know the contribution of Jhansi and Bundelkhand in our freedom struggle. Heroes like Rani Laxmibai and Jhalkari Bai also took place here and Khel Ratna like Major Dhyan Chand has also been given by this region to the country.
