He said that Manipur, which was once caught in bombs and blockades by the governments here, while Manipur is now becoming the gateway of export and international trade for the whole of India. Manipur has always represented the unity and integrity of India. Targeting the Congress, he said that the Congress did not develop Manipur, but kept Manipur away from peace and prosperity.

He said that today new Manipur is being identified with skill, startup and sports. The state government is helping more than 5,500 startups. In the coming time, our government will also create a Manipur Start-up Fund of Rs 100 crore. He also said that the double engine government will also establish AIIMS in Manipur in the next term. The PM finally appealed to the people of Manipur to vote in large numbers on the 5th. He said, 'You vote in large numbers. Vote for Manipur's peace, vote for development and vote for Manipur's future.
