Man Compelled to Traverse Train Seats Like a Roadies Task to reach Toilet

A shocking video circulating on Twitter has captured a man's desperate journey through a packed train, as he was forced to climb and walk on seats to reach the toilet. The footage, shared by user @abhijeet_dipke, has quickly gained widespread attention, sparking a debate on the challenges faced by passengers during train journeys.

The video, which has gone viral since its upload just one day ago, reveals a chaotic scene within the train carriage. Every seat and the entire floor are occupied by passengers, leaving no space for the man to maneuver. In a bid to reach the restroom, he resorts to scaling the seats and gingerly walking atop them, to the astonishment of onlookers.

@abhijeet_dipke, who received the video from his cousin traveling on the train, expressed his frustration in the tweet: "Got this video from my cousin who was traveling in Railway. Here is his friend trying to make his way to the toilet. @RailMinIndia, thank you for transforming the train journey into an adventure sport."

The video has garnered over 1.5 million views and counting, sparking a flurry of reactions and comments from viewers. Many expressed their own experiences of similar hardships while traveling on trains. One Twitter user remarked, "Same conditions in third AC also sometimes," highlighting the widespread nature of the issue.

Another user shed light on the dire state of general coaches in long-distance trains, stating, "This happens in general coaches of all long-distance trains these days. In a rake of typically 23 coaches, there are only 2 general coaches with AC and sleeper coaches making up the rest in equal numbers. The price of a general ticket per km is probably the cheapest in the world."

Supporting the narrative, a passenger recalled their personal encounter, stating, "I had almost the same experience in Purushottam Express while traveling from my hometown to Bhubaneswar. That too in a sleeper coach even after having a reservation."

As the video continues to gain traction on social media platforms, it raises important questions about the plight of train passengers and the urgent need for improved facilities and accommodations. The incident serves as a stark reminder that the comfort and safety of travelers should remain a top priority for railway authorities.
