Washington: In his first State of the Union address, United States President Donald Trump has called on Democrats and Republicans to 'set aside' the differences and work together for the growth of the country.

Delivering his first State of the Union address on Wednesday to a joint session of the United States Congress, Trump said, "This is our New American Moment. There has never been a better time to start living the American dream."

The American President further stated, "State of the Union is strong because our people are strong. Together, we are building a safe, strong, and proud America."

Trump remembers his promise with the veterans:

I will not stop until our veterans are properly taken care of, which has been my promise to them from the very beginning of this great journey.

US pays more drug price:

It’s unfair that US pays more for drug prices for which people pay less in other countries, said US President.

Trump on terrorism:

Terrorists are not merely criminals. They are unlawful enemy combatants. And when captured overseas, they should be treated like the terrorists they are.

Trump speaks on North Korea:

No regime has oppressed its own citizens more totally or brutally than the cruel dictatorship in North Korea.

Its reckless pursuit of nuclear missiles could very soon threaten the United States.
