New Delhi: Today is the first day of lockdown phase 3. Home Ministry of India extended the duration of complete lockdown in India for more two weeks till 17th of May. In this third phase of Lockdown, minor relaxation has been given by Ministry.

All the areas in the country divided into three zones according to the Covid19 active cases. There are three zones in India, ie Red Zone, Orange Zone and Green Zone.

COVID19 UPDATES: DAY1

The number of corona patients is still increasing at a rapid pace. According to Health Ministry data, more than 42 thousand people have been infected by corona in the country so far and more than 1300 deaths have taken place.

-Officials say search underway in Maharashtra's Nanded district to trace 4 people who have gone missing after testing COVID19 positive.

-Six more cases of COVID19 have been reported in Bihar, taking the total number of cases to 523.

-Till now, 11,706 people have been cured. In the last 24 hours, 1074 people have been cured.

-A total of 1107233 samples have been tested as on 4th May, 9 AM: ICMR

-4 deaths and 123 new COVID19 cases have been reported in Rajasthan today

-Corona infection is becoming uncontrollable in Delhi. The number of patients is increasing. So far 59 people have been found corona infected in a building in Kapashera alone. There have been 427 new cases in Delhi yesterday or Sunday. Now the number of patients has increased to 4 thousand 549.

-A special train, carrying 1200 migrant workers who were stuck in Gujarat's Sabarmati amid Coronavirus Lockdown, reached Kanpur
