The SOP states that all industries, companies, organizations that require overnight operations will be allowed to work with 50 percent of their employees.

New Delhi: In view of the new type of corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) found in the United Kingdom, the Karnataka Police has issued Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Thursday night. Night curfew announced from 11 am to 5 pm from tonight to January 2 in the state.

The Karnataka Police has issued an order in this regard. It states that between 11 am and 5 am, the movement of persons completely restricted except for essential activities.

Night Curfew in Karnataka:

Bengaluru City Police Commissioner and Additional District Magistrate Kamal Pant said there would be no restriction on the movement of trucks carrying goods during the night curfew, including empty vehicles. According to the SOP, movement of long-distance night buses, train services and air services permitted.

SOP issued by Karnataka Govt:

The SOP states that all industries, companies, organizations that require overnight operations. Permission to work with 50 percent of their employees.

The employees of such organization will have to show a valid ID card. Cards issued by the concerned organization or organization for visiting. Industries and factories that require 24/7 operations allowed to operate without any restrictions.

It states that taxis and auto drivers allowed to leave or take people to and from bus stops, railways and airports. During this time, the traveler has to show valid tickets and travel documents. Midnight Christmas and New Year celebrations on 24th will be as per the guidelines issued earlier. As per the guidelines, legal action against a person who violates the rules under Section 188 of the IPC.
