Jharkhand: Twin blasts rock Hazaribagh railway station, boy loses hand

Giridih (Jharkhand): In a sensational incident, two blasts rattled the Hazaribagh railway station of Jharkhand on Sunday night.

The station, where the blasts took place, in located on the railway line that connects Kolkata with Delhi via Gaya and Dhanbad.

According to the local sources, the blasts took place on Sunday night at the railway station which broke out a chaos in the adjacent areas.

A boy lost his hand in the blast and is currently being treated in a hospital in Dhanbad. The officials, however, have yet not ascertained which type of explosive was used in the blasts.

The eyewitnesses have claimed that the explosive was kept in a bag which was lying on the station.

An investigation has already been launched into the matter.
