New Delhi: The Indian Railway resumes its operations from today, 200 other trains will start from 1st Day of Unclock1. Including Special trains, total 230 trains will be on track.

Earlier, Indian Railways started operating 30 special AC trains like Rajdhani from May 12. Apart from this, Shramik special trains are also being run to take the laborers to their homes. Now 200 passenger trains will also be available for travel from June 1. The booking of which has started from 22 May. Keeping in mind the safety of passengers, guidelines have also been issued by the Railways.

Ministry of Railways informed about the re-operation of trains and tweeted, '200 special trains to run across the country starting 1st June 2020. More than 1.45 lac passengers to travel on Day 1 of 200 trains starting on June 1. Around 26 lacs passengers booked so far for the month of June.'

For the help and knowledge of passengers, Ministry of Railways issued the Guideline-

-Only those who have confirmed tickets will be able to visit the platform.

-Entry will be given only after checking/screening of each passenger.

-Journey will not be allowed if symptoms of corona infection are found.

-It will be mandatory to wear masks during entry and travel.

-One has to reach the station at least 90 minutes before the train starts running.

-It will be compulsory for passengers to observe social distancing at the station.

-Concession will be given only to 4 categories of specially abled and 11 types of patients.

-It is mandatory to download the Arogya Setu app in mobile.

-After the journey ends, the traveler has to follow the health regulations applicable by that state.

-Blankets, Bed sheets, etc. will not be provided in the train.

-IRCTC will provide food and drink facilities. Food and drinking water will be in sealed pack.

-Refund rules on ticket cancellation remain same as before.
