Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan gets divorce on ground of cruelty

37-year-old Shikhar Dhawan had said in his petition that Ayesha made him a victim of mental cruelty. The court refused to pass any order at present on the custody of the Dhawan couple's son. The court also gave Dhawan the right to meet and make video calls with his son in India and Australia for a reasonable period.

Son will be brought to India

According to the report, the family court also ordered Ayesha to bring her son to India for at least half the school holidays for the purpose of meeting Shikhar Dhawan and his family members, including an overnight stay. The court said that petitioner Shikhar Dhawan is a well-known international cricketer. He also has rights as a citizen of the country and as a responsible father.
