Inauguration of the country's first Prasadam on January 7 at Shri Mahakal Mahalok Complex in Ujjain

The country's first Prasadam is being inaugurated on January 7 in the Neelkanth forest complex of Shri Mahakal Mahalok Ujjain, a famous pilgrimage site not only in Madhya Pradesh but entire country. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav and Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will inaugurate it. During this program, Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of health infrastructure worth Rs 218 crore 76 lakh will also take place.

This Prasadam is being prepared by Ujjain Smart City Limited under the 'Clean Street Food Hub' program of the Food and Safety Standards Authority of India at a cost of Rs 1 crore 75 lakh. Ujjain Smart City Ltd) has been developed between the Neelkanth forest complex of Shri Mahakal Mahalok and Avantika Haat. In this, a clean street food hub has been created by constructing 17 shops. Parking and other public facilities will be available for the devotees here.

Keeping in mind the health of the devotees in Mahakal Lok Complex, Chief Minister Sanjeevani Clinic will be operated at Mahakal Lok Complex, Neelkanth Gate, keeping in mind the health of more than 1 lakh devotees on an average every day, in which emergency health services will also be available.

On this occasion, Bhoomi Pujan of 36 health structures costing Rs 118 crore and inauguration of 151 health structures costing Rs 100 crore 69 lakh will be done. For this, Rs 189 crore 89 lakh has been made available by the Central Government and Rs 28 crore 87 lakh has been provided by the State Government.

With the aim of strengthening urban health facilities and reaching closer to the citizens, new urban health institutions were approved under the 15th Finance Commission. Under this approval, 54 Chief Minister Sanjeevani Clinics will be inaugurated. In these, along with primary health services, 67 types of testing facilities and 208 types of medicines will be provided free of cost. Besides, 2 Block Public Health Units (CHC Hatod and CHC Saver, District Indore) will be inaugurated which will provide comprehensive testing services. Through these centres, information related to epidemics and health will be able to reach the institutions at the district level, state level and national level.
