New Delhi: On the one hand, there is a steady decrease in the cases of corona virus in the country, while on the other hand, along with dengue, now the outbreak of Zika virus is increasing in the country. The havoc of Zika virus is being seen in North India.

Fear of Zika Virus:

Doctors have also warned about the Zika virus. The health department is also on alert. According to health experts, the mortality rate in Zika virus infection is higher than that of the corona virus. The infection of this virus is spreading rapidly in many cities of UP, which is a matter of concern.

Cases of Zika virus are increasing rapidly in many districts including Kanpur, Kannauj and Mathura of Uttar Pradesh. There has been a stir in Mathura after Zika virus patients were found in Kanpur and Kannauj of the state. The attack of Zika virus is increasing in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Here the number of people infected with Zika virus has crossed 100. This virus is infecting from normal people to pregnant women. On Tuesday, 16 new patients of Zika virus were reported in Kanpur, in which seven are women and nine men, including two pregnant.

Zika Virus in UP:

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is coming to Kanpur on Wednesday. In view of this, the officials of the administration and health department are on alert mode. Surveillance teams have been set up for verification of Zika infected in the area. Along with this, house-to-house survey is also going on.

Fear of infection in Mathura :

At present, there is relief in Mathura regarding Zika virus. The reports of all the tests conducted by the Mathura Health Department have come negative from GMU, Lucknow. After which the Health Department heaved a sigh of relief. However, still the Health Department is appealing to the people to take precautions.
