Haryana Bypolls: BJP takes over Jind with majority votes

BJP's Krishan Lal Middha wins with a margin of 12,935 votes. He was garnered with a total of 50,566 votes. Jannayak Janata Party's (JJP) Digvijay Singh Chautala received 37,631 votes while, congress' Randeep Singh Surjewala won 22,740 votes.

Haryana Bypolls: BJP takes over Jind with majority votes

Chandigarh: Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday won Jind bypolls with a fair majority of 15,900 votes, making ground for BJP in 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

BJP's Krishan Lal Middha wins with a margin of 12,935 votes. He was garnered with a total of 50,566 votes. Jannayak Janata Party's (JJP) Digvijay Singh Chautala received 37,631 votes while, congress' Randeep Singh Surjewala won 22,740 votes.

After winning Jind bypolls Middha said, "I would like to thank everyone who supported the party and me. It is the victory of the people, there were big leaders in the context but we have defeated them all. We will follow the scheme launched by the centre and will take them forward."
