New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to Centre, HRD Ministry and Haryana Govt seeking report in Pradyuman murder case within three weeks.

The notice has been issued by the apex court while hearing a plea filed by the father of student murdered in Gurgaon's Ryan International School seeking a CBI probe into the incident.

A bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra, Justice AM Khanwilkar and Justice D.Y. Chandrachud heard the matter at 1245 hours.

Besides seeking the Central Bureau of Investigation probe into the murder of seven-year-old Pradhuman last week, Varun Chandra Thakur, the victim's Father, has also sought the framing of guidelines to make schools accountable in cases related to safety of children.
