New Delhi: Indian Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday said that the United Nations human rights report on Jammu and Kashmir has ignored ground-level realities in the terror-ravaged state.

Rubbishing the report on alleged human rights violations by the security forces, the Minister said the UN had chosen to ignore the humanitarian assistance the Indian Army had been rendering to victims of terrorism in the state.
