Farmers movement: Delhi-Noida border sealed, section 144 imposed, traffic speed slow

Due to checking, traffic is moving very slowly. Barricading has also been done on NH9, due to which the traffic on the route from Ghaziabad to Delhi has become very slow.

Farmers Protest March of Noida has called for march to Delhi today, in view of which the security arrangements have been made very strong by barricading all the borders of Delhi and other places including Kisan Chowk (Delhi Police Security).

The police are allowing every vehicle coming and going through these routes to proceed only after checking them. Due to checking, traffic is moving very slowly. Barricading has also been done on NH9, due to which the traffic on the route from Ghaziabad to Delhi has become very slow.

In view of the farmers' movement, senior police officers and employees are holding a front today at the Delhi border. In view of the farmers' protest march, security has also been increased at Delhi-Noida, Chilla border.

A large number of police forces and security personnel are present on the border. Police is on full alert mode. Every nook and corner is being monitored through drones.

Noida DIG (Law and Order) Shivhari Meena said, "Section 144 has been imposed and all the borders have been sealed. Heavy security forces have been deployed on all the borders. People should not face any problem." Arrangements have been made for this. We are talking to the farmers...all the vehicles are also being checked.

In view of the possibility of traffic jam, Delhi-Noida Police is already on alert mode and arrangements have already been made to deal with this situation. Traffic has become very slow due to road closure and checking.
