The war between Congress and BJP continues on Facebook. Congress is accusing Facebook of colluding with BJP. Regarding this, Rahul Gandhi has been continuously attacking the Modi government. Meanwhile, now BJP leader and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has accused Facebook of discrimination. The Union Minister has written a letter to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg about this.

Ravi Shankar Prasad letter to Zuckerberg:

Ravi Shankar Prasad has written a letter to Zuckerberg saying that Facebook India team discriminates on the basis of political ideology. He has said in the letter that Facebook employees use abuses for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and senior Union ministers.

He has alleged that he has received information that Facebook India team has many senior officers who support a particular political ideology.

Ravi Shankar Prasad further stated in the letter that before the 2019 elections, Facebook India management deleted the Facebook page of supporters of right-wing ideology or reduced their reach. He said that Facebook should be balanced and fair. He said in the letter that people working in any institute can have their likes and dislikes, but this should not affect the public policy of the institute.

Ravi Shankar Prasad has further said that I have mailed Facebook management many times regarding this matter, but no response was received. It will not be accepted at all to impose political commitment of a person on freedom of expression of crores of people.

The former Congress president has claimed that the international media has openly exposed Facebook and WhatsApp attacks on India's democracy and social harmony.
