New Delhi: Expelled Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Yogendra Yadav is likely to form a political party ahead of Vidhan Sabha polls in Punjan.

According to t sources, Yadav is likely make a formal announcement about his party on July 31 while the name of party could be ‘Swaraj’. Leaders like Prashant Bhusan, Anand Kumar, Ajit Jha and some other former AAP leader may join his party.

Sources further added that Swaraj may also contest the MCD elections of Delhi which are scheduled to be held next year.

“The newly-constituted national steering committee, comprising around 300 members, will elect the new national working committee in Haryana on July 30. “On July 31, over 1000 elected delegates will be taking a call on formation of a political party and whether to contest the Assembly polls in various states next year,” claimed a source close to Yadav.

It is to be recalled that Swaraj Abhiyan was started by Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhusan and it is very active across India.
