ED is raiding several places linked to former Rajasthan Education Minister and Congress leader Govind Singh Dotasara.

There were also raids on premises associated with Congress MLA Om Prakash Hoodla. This ED raid is going on in Jaipur, Dausa and Sikar.

According to the information so far, this raid is in connection with the money laundering investigation in the Rajasthan exam paper leak case. ED has received secret complaints against these leaders regarding paper leak case, money laundering and money transfer cases through Hawala.

This action has been taken after the recent interrogation of RPAC member Babulal Katara and complaints of some coaching operators to the ED.

On this action of ED, Govind Singh Dotasara wrote

Satyamev Jayate

The ED team along with CRPF jawans is investigating at about 7 locations in Jaipur, Sikar and Dausa. Soldiers have been deployed for security outside the house. At present, evidence and documents are being collected, after which the ED team will further investigate and take action on the basis of the documents.

After the raid on Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasara, there has been a stir among the leaders, because the party state president has been directly attacked. A few days ago, the ED team had raided Kalam Academy (Coaching Institute) in Sikar.

What the ED team found in the raid was not disclosed then. But now the raid by ED team before the assembly elections can definitely put Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasara in trouble. Earlier, Govind Singh Dotasara had been warning that ED should investigate, "nothing is going to happen, we are ready". CM Ashok Gehlot has also been saying that wherever elections are held, ED reaches there first.
