Delhi Govt extends Lockdown by another one week; First Check the Guidelines

New Delhi: Arvind kejriwal Government of Delhi, the national capital of the country, has once again announced to increase the lockdown in Delhi. The lockdown has been extended by a week, which will remain in force till 5 am on May 24.

Lockdown extended till May 24:

In this regard, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, 'The lockdown in Delhi is being extended for a week. The lockdown is being extended till 5 am next Monday.

With this, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that about 6500 cases of corona have come in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate has come down to 1 percent and close to 10 percent.

Corona Guidelines:

Let us know that in view of the second wave of corona virus in Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced a six-day lockdown on April 18 and till now he has increased it five times.

Whereas the current lockdown will remain in force till 5 am on Monday, 24 May.

During this time the metro service will remain closed along with other restrictions.

The national capital Delhi has been under lockdown for a long time and during this period, cases of corona infection have come down from 26 thousand to below 7 thousand.

Corona situation in Delhi:

During this time, the positivity rate has also been reduced from 36 percent to 10 percent.

However, deaths due to corona infection still remain above 300. Apart from this, the condition of oxygen has improved, but people still have to face a lot of trouble for ICU beds and ventilators.

Delhi Govt to buy Sputnik V:

Not only this, amid the shortage of Corona virus vaccine in Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that his government has been able to supply 67 lakh doses of Covid-19 vaccine Sputnik-V developed in Russia to Dr. Reddy Lab.

Dr. Reddy has launched Sputnik-V in the country on Friday. This is the first foreign-made Covid-19 vaccine that is being used in the country. Let me tell you that Kejriwal's announcement came after the claim made by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia last week, in which he said that cocaine manufacturer Bharat Biotech has refused to give additional dose to Delhi.
