Delhi Chief Minister visits minor rape victim in AIIMS

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday, visited the 13 year old rape survivor, who is battling for life in AIIMS hospital.

The minor girl was brutally raped and dumped on the railway tracks of Pul Prahladpur in New Delhi.

What police said:

• According to the police officials the minor is an orphan and mentally challenged.
• She was abducted from South East Delhi and was found on the railway tracks with cut marks and injuries on her neck and lower abdomen, stated the officials.
• The Delhi police officers stated that the victim was brutally assaulted by a teenager who lives in her neighbourhood.
