New Delhi: The entire country is currently fighting the battle against the global epidemic corona virus. In such a situation, the government is constantly providing relief to the people and taking care of their problems. The effort of government institutions is that people do not face any problem of money.

Due to this, funds were first allowed to be withdrawn from PF. Now partial withdrawal has also been allowed from the New Pension Scheme (NPS).

1.35 crore NPS account holders will get benefit:

About 1.35 crore NPS account holders can take advantage of this rebate given by NPS. The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on Friday said that NPS account holders will be allowed partial withdrawals for treatment related expenses of Covid-19.

PFRDA said in a circular addressed to all shareholders and account holders under the National Pension Scheme, “Covid-19 has been declared an epidemic by the Government of India. Therefore NPS account holders will be allowed partial withdrawal for the treatment of the disease".
