New Delhi: The second wave of Corona virus continues to wreak havoc in the country. Corona is breaking its record every day. For the first time, a record 1 lakh 85 thousand 104 people were found to be Corona positive within 24 hours in the country. With this, 82 thousand 231 were cured and 1026 died.

1.85 Lakh COVID cases:

Earlier, on April 11, the maximum number of 1.69 lakh new patients was found. In the last three days, the number of new patients in the country has crossed the figure of about 5 lakhs.

Of the 1025 corona infected who died during 24 hours in the country, 281 are from Maharashtra, 156 from Chhattisgarh, 61 from Karnataka, 85 from Uttar Pradesh and 81 from Delhi.

Capital scales another peak:

According to the Ministry of Health, 1 crore 38 lakh 70 thousand 731 people have been infected with Corona so far in the country.

The total number of people who died due to the epidemic has increased to 1 lakh 72 thousand 114.

So far 1 crore 23 lakh 32 thousand 636 people have been cured by beating Corona. The number of active cases has increased to 13 lakh 60 thousand 330.

Corona recovery rate:

According to the data, the recovery rate of people suffering from corona has fallen further to 89.51 percent. The corona death rate is 1.25 percent.

In Maharashtra, 51,751 new patients were found. 52,312 patients recovered and 258 died. So far, 34.58 lakh people have been affected by this epidemic in the state. Of these, 28.34 lakh people have recovered, while 58,245 have died. Currently, about 5.64 lakh people are being treated here.

Uttar Pradesh - On Monday, the corona report of 13,604 people came positive. 3,197 people recovered and 72 died. So far, 7.05 lakh people have been found infected here. Of these, 6.14 lakh have been cured, while 9,224 patients died. There are 81,576 patients who are undergoing treatment.

More than 25 lakh doses of anti-corona vaccines were given on Tuesday on the third day of the Tika festival. With this, the total number of vaccines given so far in the country has risen to 11 crore 10 lakh 33 thousand 925. The Health Ministry said, "More than 10 million doses were given on the first three days of the festival."
