Coronavirus: 32,937 COVID-19 new cases, 417 fatalities in last 24 hours

New Delhi: There is a decline in the cases of Coronavirus In India in the country. Amidst the fear of a third wave, the decrease in the cases of covid-19 indicates that the situation is under control to some extent. On Sunday, 36,083 new cases were reported in the country.

Over 32 thousand new cases:

On Monday, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said that 32,937 new cases reported in the last 24 hours, along with 417 people died. With this, 35,909 people were discharged. It was told that after the new cases, a decrease of 3,389 cases has been registered in the active cases of the country.

At present, 3,81,947 active cases, 3,14,11,924 discharges and 4,31,642 people have died in the country after new cases were found.


Vaccination in India:

Talking about vaccination, so far 54,58,57,108 people have been given vaccine doses, out of which 17,43,114 doses were given on Sunday. On the other hand, ICMR said that 49,48,05,652 samples have been tested so far in the country. Out of this, 11, 81,212 samples were tested on Sunday.

After the death of 12 more patients due to coronavirus infection in West Bengal, the total death toll increased to 18,303 on Sunday. Apart from this, with the arrival of 673 new cases of infection in the state, the total number of people infected so far has reached 15,38,563.

This information has been given in a bulletin of the Health Department. The total number of patients undergoing treatment in the state is 10,030. 15,10,230 people have recovered from the infection. 709 people have recovered from the infection since Saturday.

With the arrival of 18,582 new cases of covid-19 in Kerala on Sunday, the total number of infected people increased to 36.69 lakh, while the death toll reached 18,601 due to the death of 102 more patients.
