Record 70,000 new Corona Cases; Death toll at 53,994 in India

New Delhi: Corona virus in India is not taking the name of havoc. So far more than 28 lakh cases have been reported in the country and more than 53 thousand people have died. According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, the maximum number of 69,652 cases have been reported and 977 people have died. During this time, the maximum number of nine lakh 18 thousand 470 sample tests has been done.

More than six lakh active cases:

According to the Ministry of Health, a total of 28 lakh 336 thousand 926 cases have been reported so far in the country. Out of these, six lakh 86 thousand 395 are active cases.

Out of these, 20 lakh 96 thousand 665 patients have been cured and 53 thousand 866 people have died. So far, a total of three crore 26 lakh 61 thousand 252 sample tests have been done. The recovery rate is 73.91 percent and the death rate is 1.90 percent.

Corona Updates in India:

Cases are again increasing in Delhi. 1,398 new cases have been detected in the state and the number of infected has crossed one lakh 56 thousand. So far 4,235 people have also died here. There are 11 thousand 137 active cases and one lakh 40 thousand 767 patients have been cured.

13,165 new cases were reported in Maharashtra on Wednesday. This is the largest number of new cases in the state in a day. With this, the figure of infected has reached six lakh 28 thousand 642. So far, 21,033 people have lost their lives in the state.

On Wednesday, a record 5156 new patients were infected with the corona virus in UP, more than that and 5620 patients were also healthy. A total of 1,68,193 people have been infected with Corona so far. So far, a total of 2638 people have taken this dangerous virus. Active cases have now increased to 49,645.
