New Delhi: The second consignment of Corona Vaccine Sputnik V of Russia has also reached India on Sunday. It was brought by plane to Hyderabad.

Along with this, Russian Ambassador to India N. Kudashev has said that the production of Sputaneous V vaccine in India is expected to be increased to 85 crore doses every year.

The Russian ambassador said that Sputnik V is a 'Russian-Indian vaccine'. With this, it is expected that its production in India will increase rapidly. The Russian ambassador said, 'This vaccine is being used in Russia for vaccination of people since July 2020. Russian experts have said that it is also effective against new strains of corona virus.

The second batch of Sputnik V vaccine arrived in Hyderabad on Sunday. At the same time, its first shipment in India arrived after the clearance of Central Drugs Laboratory on 1 May. Amid the shortage of vaccine in the country, on Thursday, the central government has informed that Sputnik V vaccine will be available in the market from next week.

On Friday, Dr. Reddy's Lab of Hyderabad launched Sputnik in India. They are partner for this vaccine in India. Its price can be 995 rupees. The elder officer of Dr. Reddy's said on Saturday that in the next 8 to 10 months, India will get 25 crore doses of Sputnik. Its production in India will start in July.

After the arrival of new cases, the total number of infected patients in the state has gone up to 2 crore 46 lakh 84 thousand 77, while the number of patients who lost their lives to corona in the country after 4077 deaths in the last 24 hours reached 2 lakh 70 lakh 284.
