New Delhi: As the number of corona infected cases is increasing day by day, It is matter of concern to stay safe in this tough time. In this time Supreme Court slammed Delhi Govt over its handling of dead bodies.

Only good news is that recovery rate is at 49%, which is more than active cases. So far, around 3 lakh people have been infected with Corona all over the country. At the same time 8,102 people died due to the epidemic.

Today, supreme court asked Kejriwal Govt ,"COVID-19 patients are treated worse than animals. In one case, a body was found in the garbage. Patients are dying and nobody is there to even attend to them."

Things have gone bad in Delhi the bench said, pointing out that the number of daily tests has been reduced from 7,000 to 5,000 in Delhi, whereas it was being increased everywhere else.

"It is a very sorry state of affairs in Delhi and its hospitals, which are not even able to give due care and concern to the dead bodies," the bench said seeing the situation of Delhi.

"Why has your testing gone down from 7,000 to 5,000 a day when Chennai and Mumbai have increased their testing from 16,000 to 17,000?" the court asked.

In hearing for wages of employees, SC also ensured that there will be no action against companies who are not able to pay full salary. Employee and employers have to manage this by themselves.

Total number of cases in National Capital Delhi is 34,687 and 1,085 people lost their lives.
