In such a situation, now the central government has also written a letter to all the states and union territories as a precautionary measure to prevent and prevent the rapid spread of coronavirus.

The Center has given instructions to be fully alert especially on the upcoming festivals.

Along with this, it has also been directed to the states that they can also impose restrictions in the festive season to follow the Covid-19 Protocol Appropriate Behavior.

These festivals are being seen in the role of Corona spreader.

The Union Health Secretary has urged the states to actively consider implementing local restrictions and preventing mass gatherings. In the upcoming festivals, there is a possibility of large number of people gathering on Muharram August 19, Onam August 21, Janmashtami August 30, Ganesh Chaturthi September 10 and Durga Puja from October 5 to 15, etc.

Corona cases in India:

Let us inform that according to the latest data released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Thursday, 43,982 new corona infected patients have been recorded in the last 24 hours across the country and 533 people have also lost their lives. With this, 41,726 people were discharged.

According to the data, there are currently 4,11,076 active cases in the country. While 3,09,74, 748 people have been discharged and 4,26,290 people have died. In the last 24 hours, 723 active cases increased in the country. After the new cases were found, the total number of confirmed cases of corona in the country has gone up to 3,18,12,114. So far more than 48,93,42,295 crore doses of covid-19 vaccine have been given in the country.
