Bar Council of India can reject Prashant Bhushan’s License

New Delhi: The problems of lawyer Prashant Bhushan from the Supreme Court have not stopped. In fact, paragraph 89 of the Court’s decision states that after being convicted in a criminal case, the Bar Council of India (BCI) can suspend the nomination of a lawyer if it so desires.
