Bandipora encounter: Three terrorist killed, two army jawans injured

One terrorist was killed and four army jawans were injured in an ongoing encounter in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Bandipora (J&K): Three terrorists killed and four army jawans were injured in an ongoing encounter in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The encounter was performed in the Hajin area of Bandipora district.

The 13 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir cordoned off the Parr Mohalla locality of Hajin following the inputs about the presence of militants in the area.

It may be mentioned that, two Indian Army jawans were martyred and four terrorists were killed in an encounter in the village of South Kashmir on February 12 last.

According to the reports, three jawans and few civilians were also injured in the gunfight and were rushed to the hospital.
