Mumbai court rejects bail plea of Hindu leader Sadhvi Pragya

Mumbai: A Mumbai court has denied bail to Hindu leader Pragya Singh, who was accused in the 2008 Malegaon blasts case.

The decision of the court has come roughly a month after the National Investigating Agency (NIA) cleared her of all charges due to lack of evidence.

The NIA, on May 13^th, had told the court that it was dropping all charges in the case against Pragya and five others.

Six persons were killed in the September 2008 Malegaon blasts and injured 101.
