New Delhi: In the view of increasing number of coronavirus cases, Amarnath Yatra cancelled this year. The Baba Amarnath Shrine Board has canceled the annual Amarnath Yatra of this year due to increasing cases of corona infection. The announcement of cancellation of this visit was announced on Tuesday.

Amarnath Yatra cancelled:

The Shri Amarnath Shrine Board has taken a very careful decision to cancel the yatra. The board members were of the opinion that in the situation arising out of the Corona crisis, it is not right to allow the annual visit of Shri Amarnath. Earlier, the board officials discussed in detail the suggestions and instructions of the state administration, court and other concerned parties regarding the annual pilgrimage to Amarnath.

The board believed that if the visit was allowed, the health department, civil administration and police department could divert attention. The administration could focus on the health, safety and other arrangements of the pilgrims coming out of the battle of covid-19 on pilgrimage. This can cause weakness in the fight with Corona.

There was confusion about the Amarnath Yatra for a long time. The news of the cancellation of the Amarnath yatra first came, but later the government had ordered this yatra to be done with all standards. Now with the decision of Shri Baba Amarnath Shrine Board, the confusion on the yatra has disappeared.

The Amarnath Yatra may have been canceled, but all religious rituals related to the Amarnath Yatra will be completed on time. The stick Mubarak, which runs from the Dashnami Akhara, will be dispatched with the entire Vidhan Vidhi and will enter the holy cave on Shravan Poornima as per tradition.
