Juhi Chawla had moved the Delhi High Court on May 31 and raised issues related to the effect of radiation on people, animals and plants and animals. Let us tell you that the court had dismissed his case last month and imposed a fine of Rs 20 lakh.

Justice Jayant Nath has given permission to withdraw the petition after the statement issued by Juhi Chawla's lawyer Deepak Khosla. Juhi's counsel argued that the plaintiff (Juhi Chawla) 'never reached the stage of trial', can only be dismissed or returned in terms of the Code of Civil Procedure.

5G network:

Expressing concern over its impact on animals and children, Juhi Chawla had filed a petition in the High Court on May 31 challenging the installation of 5G network in the country. Juhi Chawla claimed in her petition that once 5G is implemented, no one will be able to escape exposure.
