The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will today gherao the Prime Minister's residence to register its protest against the arrest of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). In such a situation, Delhi Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory, which states that no vehicle will be allowed to stop or park anywhere on Tughlaq Road, Safdarjung Road and Kamal Ataturk Marg on Tuesday. By the way, let us tell you that according to Delhi Police, permission has not been given to any protest of Aam Aadmi Party.

Following Aam Aadmi Party's call to gherao Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence in protest against the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, police have tightened security at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg. An official gave this information on Tuesday. Seven, Lok Kalyan Marg is the official residence of the Prime Minister. Police have also tightened security in many other areas of the national capital.

According to the advisory, traffic will be affected in New Delhi area on Tuesday due to special law and order. It said, "To ensure smooth traffic management in New Delhi area, no vehicle will be allowed to stop or park anywhere on Tughlaq Road, Safdarjung Road and Kamal Ataturk Marg, general entry of people will not be allowed." "Vehicles parked on the above mentioned roads will be removed and prosecuted for improper parking and disobedience to legal instructions."

It has also been told that if necessary, traffic will be diverted from Aurobindo Chowk, Tughlaq Road, Samrat Hotel Roundabout, Gymkhana Post Office Roundabout, Teen Murti Haifa Roundabout, Niti Marg Roundabout and Kautilya Marg Roundabout. Police requested that commuters avoid going to Kamal Ataturk Marg, Safdarjung Road, Akbar Road and Teen Murti Marg.

Earlier, Aam Aadmi Party on Monday started a campaign on social media and appealed to the people to support it to save the Constitution and democracy in the country. Atishi, a minister in the Delhi government and a senior AAP leader, launched a social media campaign named 'DP (Display Picture)' at a press conference here and urged people to participate in it.

ED had arrested Kejriwal on Thursday last week in a money laundering case related to excise policy. He is in the agency's custody till March 28. Aam Aadmi Party leaders are protesting against Kejriwal's arrest.
