Summer Snacks For Children

Berries and curd – Berries like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries etc. can be fed to children by adding them to curd. This protein-rich snack keeps children's stomach full and also keeps their health good. At the same time, berries are rich in anti-oxidants which remove harmful free radicals.

Watermelon – Red watermelon is the superfood of summer. Watermelon has high water content which keeps heatstroke away in summer and protects the body from getting dehydrated. Watermelon can also be fed plain to children and feed it to children by adding cheese or curd on top. Watermelon can also be served to children like pizza slices.

Cucumber Sandwich- Hydrating cucumber sandwiches can be fed to children anytime in the morning or evening. Cucumber, mint, coriander, cheese, tomato and other vegetables can be added to bread to make sandwiches.
