This tropical and sub-tropical plant grows about 30 meters high and also gives shade to house from the Sun during summers. You can get many benefits by planting Kadamba tree near your home.

Not only Lord Krishna but Kadamba tree is also very dear to goddess Laxmi. And for this, according to Hindu mythology, goddess Laxmi lives on the Kadamba tree.

Buy healthy plant:

You should purchase Kadamba tree from a good nursery and purchase good leaves plant. The stem of the plant should be absolutely straight and strong. Due to which there is no fear of the plant drying or breaking.

Choose right location:

It is also very important to choose the right place for planting Kadamba tree. Kadamba plant requires sunlight to grow. In such a situation, the Kadamba plant needs at least six hours of sunlight. Therefore, it is better to plant the Kadamba plant in a place with sufficient sunlight.

Prepare the soil:

It is best to use soil containing carbonic material for planting. Before planting the free, make a deep pit in the soil. Keep in mind that the roots of Kadamba should easily enter the pit. Now place the plant in this pit and pour soil on top. After planting it, do not forget to give water timely.

Care of the plant:

To keep the Kadamba plant healthy, keep watering it every day. Due to which moisture will remain in the soil. During monsoon, Kadamba trees often get infested with insects. In such a situation, spray insecticide on the Kadamba plant. Due to which the Kadamba plant will always remain green.

Keep away from cool place:

The fall in weather temperature can also affect Kadamba. But if your plant is very small then you can keep it inside. Keep pruning the plant from time to time. This will keep the plant healthy.
