Anand Balasana:

Ananda Balasana Yoga is called Happy Baby Yoga. By doing this Yogasana, the problem of flatulence goes away and gas easily gets released from the stomach. To do this yoga asana, lie down on your back on the floor. Bend your knees and bring them to your chest and hold the soles of your feet with your hands. Make your body as flexible as you can, don't force it. Hold this pose for 1 to 5 minutes and then become normal. Keep in mind that your head and neck remain touching the ground.

Apanasana:

In this yoga the knees are brought up to the chest. To do this, lie down on your back. Now bend your knees at an angle of 90 degrees. Your toes will be towards the front and your knees will touch the chest. While doing this Yogasana, the legs are moved back and forth. Become normal after some time. Gas will start coming out from the body.

Ardha-Apanasana:

After lying on the back on the ground, one leg is kept straight and the other leg is bent at the knees and placed on the chest. This pose is done alternately with both the legs.
