There is a sequence of both these asanas. Practicing Sarvaang Pushti and Surya Namaskar them properly reduces belly and waist fat and helps in weight loss. Not only this, but it can also help in relieving your chronic back pain easily.

However, if the pain is too much then do not practice it. Let us know the benefits of Sarvaang Pushti and Surya Namaskar and the way to practice it.

To practice Sarvanga Pushti Asana, first stand on your mat. After this, stand with both legs spread apart, waist and neck straight.

Now make your fist and close it in such a way that the thumb is not visible. Now make a fist with both the hands and keep the left hand below and the right hand above the wrist and take a deep breath and move both the hands upwards.

Then while breathing, bend backwards as far as possible. Now while exhaling, turn towards the right side and touch the fist to the sole and keep the nose close to the knees. After this, while inhaling, change the position of the hand, now keep the left hand forward and while inhaling, bend backwards.

Then while breathing, bend towards the left. Now repeat the entire cycle. You can start doing this with 10 cycles. Practice as much as you can. However, with regular practice you can increase the number.
