People are very excited about Christmas and New Year parties whether at a house party or a party outside, people like to dance, sing, eat, and drink a lot. If alcohol is going to be served in the party, then there are full chances of a hangover. Due to this the next day it becomes so creepy and there is a strange feeling throughout the day.

So, if you want to remain fit and fine the next day of the party, then do mindful drinking. This is very popular nowadays at parties among those people who are careful about fitness and also want to enjoy the party. In today's article, we will tell you what is mindful drinking and how to follow it at a party.

What is mindful drinking?

This is a kind of exercise, in which one person does not have to drink alcohol completely but rather drink it within limits after thinking. This allows you to enjoy the atmosphere and not suffer from a hangover the next day. This type of drinking does not have any bad effect on health. This habit of drinking teaches one to be aware of the harm of alcohol and its health.

Do mindful drinking like this:

Limited drinking:

Before going to the party, decide for yourself how much alcohol you want to drink. If you make up your mind then you will drink within the limit.

Stop when it becomes uncomfortable:

After seeing alcohol, do not start drinking shot after shot but finish one drink slowly. Drinking slowly is the right way which allows you to enjoy every sip and also reduces the risk of a hangover. As soon as you start feeling uncomfortable, stop immediately.

Don't look around:

Avoid accompanying friends to a party or coming under anyone's pressure. If a limit has been set, then fulfill it and then be strict.
