New Delhi: Sattu, popular as a native protein drink, is being used a lot in cities these days. It not only keeps you super cool during summer days, but also keeps you full of energy throughout the day.

Eating it provides coolness to the body and it is also very useful in quenching thirst during the summer season. Sattu's connection with Sattu is mainly associated with Bihar, but due to its excellent taste and many benefits, today it is becoming popular in many parts of the world, not just the country.

What is Sattu?

There are two types of sattu, one is the sattu of black gram and the other is barley mixed sattu. If you know the process of making it, firstly gram and barley are roasted in sand roasted. Then it is brewed with husk. It is not filtered and due to this it is full of fiber.

Sattu is also eaten as litti and paratha. You can also prepare and eat its salty and sweet laddus.

Sattu is rich in fiber, iron, manganese, protein, magnesium and low sodium. It provides coolness to the body in summer and gives energy throughout the day. Due to which it is also drunk as a protein drink and energy drink. Diabetes patients can also eat it. It is also better beneficial for keeping the intestines healthy.

Benefits:

If you want to lose weight, then you must include Sattu in your diet. If you drink it as a breakfast, it will help you in reducing your obesity. By consuming this, you will also get plenty of energy and you will not feel hungry for hours.

Satu has rich fiber which keeps the stomach and intestines clean. Actually, it helps in removing the smoothness of the ground in the intestines easily. The problem of constipation is also avoided by its use.
