If you wear good quality soft shoes, it will provide comfort to your feet and prevent any kind of injury. Being careless about this can prove costly. Pre-diabetes patients and people with a family history of diabetes should get themselves screened for diabetes every three months and consult a doctor. Healthy people should get screened every year.
